Khalaf leads a team including an international PMC to successfully manage and complete a Critical & Strategic Project with a Value of KD 125 Million to meet company’s long and short term security goals / objectives.His current project is considered to be one of the largest Ionic Security Network Facilities installed in the world. His work has also been used by the US Ministry of Foreign Affair as an example to establish Secured Monitoring System for their embassies around the world. Khalaf has also received high complements from Ministry of Internal Affair where they are considering his work as an example for any future installations in Kuwait. Not just that, but Aramco visited his Project and shared knowledge to update their Security Network.As Ag. Manager of Major Project Group, he also provides other team leaders mangerial support in problem solving and expediting resolutions with best outcomes to projects totally valued at KD 1.5 Billion in Alignment with achieving KOC Strategy for Year 2030. Khalaf also presents excellent communication, managing & controlling skills within the company, International PMCs (Fluor, Amec, Parson and Technip) and Major International EPC Contractors in relation to projects development and execution.

A positive contractor/client relationship is the one where communication, consistent, organization and planning are a top priority.
